Who We Are

Bookkeeper or 911 dispatcher!? What a combination. Hello, I’m Jolene Botchie.

I learned my skills through my family owned HVAC, plumbing and electrical company, where I eventually took over all office functions. The family business sold and I moved on to another construction company managing all their business functions as well.

When COVID hit in 2020 I moved on to explore my interest as a 911 dispatcher. While the experience has been remarkable, I started my bookkeeping business to provide schedule balance and return to my roots in business.

I am a Northwest mama here to take the stress out of your days. I thrive on deadlines and love cleaning up books and payroll so you can better understand how your business is doing!
